Smart building Project At Legend Kitchen

Thank you Mr Jeffrey (Legend Kitchen CEO), the building owner for the trust and support. We have successfully handover Legend Kitchen Smart Building project at Bandar Sg Long within a month time. We have build a centralised control system based on the owner requirements.

Building Climate Control & Automated Showroom

The smart system mainly focus in building climate control and new internal showroom where Legend’s staff is going to welcome and showcase their cabinets in this new smart showroom to their visitors. We have automate the showroom lighting, shades, temperature and media, with an objective to impress their visitors once they walk into the showroom.

The Problem - Building AC Controls

Also, they has been facing a serious problem whereby internal staff always forgot to turn off AC when leaving their office, this caused their electricity bills to strike and cause unnecessary monetary waste in long term. Not only it is so hard to monitor all AC during working hour, the task became even more challenging especially after work hour when the building is so big with different levels and office room.

The Answer - Temperature Scheduling and Force Close Signal - The Energy Saving Way

Thus, by integrating all AC into the system, we can help to schedule AC to force close after working hour, or once AC turn on again (in case staff OT), we can schedule and send off signal to the whole building AC by 10PM/11PM/1AM every night. This can ensure energy saving in long run.

Don’t Forget The Building Image! Signage & Facade Lighting

Last but not least, the building facade lighting & signage are also integrated into the system. The owner can simply touch an activate button to turn on facade lighting and building signage.

Smart staircase light

Here is the main pathway lead to their main cabinet showroom (videos taken when staircase and partition not fully touch up yet). We have help to program steps light to each staircase so that when visitor walk by, the lights will follow their footsteps. This is especially useful when you do not need full light scheduling in some area staircase (such as garden staircase) but you want the light to turn on only when you step on top of it. This is also especially useful when you have elderly in home. With this, elderly can see clearly yet at the same time, will not make their eyes uncomfortable by turning on all staircase downlight in midnight.

Still manually turn on/off your lighting switches? Imagine that when you enter a room or kitchen, the light will slowly ramp up. The feature of the smart sensor is when the object is entered into the sensor detection zone the light will auto-activate. We also have an in-house programmer that can customise the Motion Sensor command according to your daily habits.

Control everything via 3D Floor Plan

No more messy switches all around the house! With centralised smarthome system, everything are control by smartphone/ipad. No matter where you are, your home control is with you. Even you at outside you still can control with your smartphone/ipad. Leaving home/back from outside?

As this is a demo showroom, we have program a “Master Off” presets button to turn off everything and reset controls to zero, including turning off the TV. This help Legend’s staff to easily impress the next batch of customer by activating all lighting automatically again when visitors come in.

Always have to find your remote control？Without remote control can’t open your TV? Just control your TV under our app, you can change your favourite channel by using smartphone/ipad.

Want to sleep? No need close every area TV or lighting one by one, simple press "Good Night" button in our keypad located at staircase, everything in ground floor will shut down.

smart Curtain Control

Morning is the beginning of the day. Imagine that every morning curtain will open automatically and the lights slowly ramp up to welcome a new day. Further more, our in-house programmer can customised your favourite preset mode. For example, when pressing “Movie Mode” lighting will change to movie mode lighting ambience, curtain will turn off automatically and turn on your TV.

Smart Centralised Keypad

No, this is not a normal switches, this is centralised keypad.

With centralised keypad, no more messy switches around the wall. Our in-house programmer can program each button to your favourite control. For example, just press and hold the last button, room control resets to zero. This is especially useful when Legend’s staff finish their presentation to visitors, they just need to shut down and reset the demo showroom area by one button. You can rely the system to turn off the lighting, temperature, shades, and TV in the area.

We are not the ordinary plug and play wireless smart switches. The main difference between centralised system and plug and play wifi switches is we are not replacing your wall switches one by one to let it become smart home system. We use hardware from Crestron United States (world famous and premium automation hardware brand with 42 years of history). We do not give you OEM products. All hardwares that we provide is durable and proven good quality. We eliminates all the messy switches and relocate and backup at the DB box. This is why our system need to be plan ahead before your wiring works start.
