Here is our another project that we have handover at Hartamas Heights. Thanks to our customer for your trust and support. We have build a centralised control system based on the owner requirements. We are professional in helping our customer to link their lighting, tempetature, security, curtain and many more into one wired platform.
Control everything everywhere in your house by using 3D floor plan
No matter where you are, your home control is with you! With centralised smarthome system, you can control everything by using ipad/smartphone. Feeling hot in afternoon and want to enjoy the aircon when you back home? No problem, just tab on the area that you want to control.
Control everything via Centralised Keypad
Goodbye messy switches! After install centralised smarthome system there are no more messy switches all around the house and look more tidy and neat. Control eveything via our centralised keypad. Leaving your room? simply click “Master Off” button to turn off everything. Furthermore, our in-house programmer can help to customise your favorite preset mode. For example, just press “Sleeping Mode” the lights will automatic turn off and aircon automatic activated.
Motion Programming
Motion programming act like 24 hours maid, automate and monitor the area lighting when no one in use. Imagine that the lighting in walkway or staircase will be activated once someone passby. With this, elderly can see cleary when they walking in the midnight.
CCTV Live Control
No, we don't provide CCTV, but we can help to link your CCTV controls into one platform. Nowadays, everbody love to online shopping. Imagine that your parcel is arrived but you are not at home. Dont worry! With centralised smarthome system, you can watch your CCTV and do live control to open your gate to let the courrier to put in your parcel and close it after he leave.
