Scheduling

Most of the areas are covered with presence sensors. For working area sensors will not be activated during working hours as lighting will be triggered by scheduling. From morning until evening, lighting will keep turn on for all area as per request by client. As working area lighting should not be turned off no matter with or without the presence of people during working hours.

Smart Human Detections Programming

Smaller room like phone booth, printing area, small discussion area, covered with presence sensors. Light will automatically dim up when someone is using the area. When area not in use, system will automatically dim down the lighting to save energy. No more headache on staff forgot to turn off certain small area lighting causing unnecessary wastage of energy resources.

What is even better, as our system is programmable, for small public area like pantry, which lighting should not be totally light off no matter with or without people during working hours, we can program the area lighting to be dim down to 20% when no one in use. Dim up to 50% when someone enters. Or even dim up to 100% when someone existing in the area for more than 5 minutes. The rationale behind this programming is because staff might enters just to fill a cup of water, dim to 50% is enough for him. When the staff decided to remain at pantry to chill or have a lunch break, after 5 minutes, pantry will dim full light up to give the lighting ambience that he required. Vice versa, when no motion is detected, pantry will dim to 20%.

After working hours, all lights will turn off when no one using that particular area including pantry. This is practical and save energy usage in long run.

Presets Mode

We have also program several presets mode for smart office. Presets mode is especially practical especially when you need to activate whole house/office to certain lighting ambience or you have multiple requests and need to be done together. For example, when you are leaving, Master off mode is the best without the need of checking whether each room air conditioner is turned off, lighting off, and even curtain, TV will be shut down by one single command. So what type of presets mode we have program in this smart office?

Master Off/On - Deactivate/activate whole 17,000sqft office by trigger one button from Surface pro/ keypad.

Presentation Mode - Turn off curtain, dim down lighting, roll projector screen down and turn on projector. Your meeting room is now ready for presentation.

OT mode - Certain area lighting remains and working area relies on sensors to detects which table are in use, and the lighting pointing to table not in use will be turn off.

Discussion mode - Partial lighting will be turn on and curtain will open to let the area feels bright and cheerful.

3D Floor Plan Control or Area Button Control

You choose, and we program. Or take both. You can control whole office area by one 3D floor plan, just touch on certain area to control everything you can in that area. Or choose by button with area name, simply tab on the area you wish to control and the specific interface for that area will appears for you to control.

Or, forget about control, your AI maid already fully program and will monitor all area for you.
